I've been looked after by Priory garage for about 4 years now and I've never had such friendly, honest and helpful automotive care before. The team do fantastic work and are also super quick and fair in their pricing. I can recommend their services completely, either for your MOT or anything else you need. This is the only place in York I will ever bring my car!
Visiting York and my car needed an urgent repair . Andy and his garage team safely repaired my vehicle within 24hrs. Very professional , friendly and excellent service all round . I would highly recommend this garage. Thanks Andy .
Bought this car brand new in 2010 and getting to the age where a few bits need replacing now. Andy was awesome and knows this model inside out! He has fixed and future proofed my S-Max for the next few years at least. This is my main garage now as they are also super friendly, trustworthy and great advice.
I've recently moved to York so was looking for a reliable garage for my MOT. I've been ripped off in the past, so am fairly cautious as I don't know loads about cars. There was definitely no need to worry though, as Priory garage were incredibly helpful and friendly. My MOT was done quickly and the process couldn't have been easier. I'm really glad to have found a reliable garage close to home, and will definitely come here in the future - thanks guys!
Fantastic experience with Priory Garage yesterday! Andy kept me informed all the way through the service so there were no surprises at the end, and I felt like I'd come out with a new car! I would highly recommend Priory Garage for their experience, knowledge, honesty and trustworthiness. 5 star customer service too, thank you Andy for explaining everything so well and keeping me calm throughout!
Had an issue with a major peugeot dealer asking for £671 plus vat to replace a complete COMM unit when all it needed was a skilful mechanic and a pair of narrow pliers to fix the lead that had popped out of its socket on one of the parts. Excellent job, friendly and super efficient. saved me so much of what would have been wasted money. I am taking my car for its first MOT to these guys later this morning! Chris
My car had ‘locked down’ - problem with battery and car not speaking to each other! Andy arranged for transportation to his garage and gave me good advice about not wasting money on my 54 reg car and about which cars he considered to be a wise purchase. He also organised for the car to be scrapped - helping with the paperwork. All in all, I am very pleased with the service provided - when help was needed I went to the right place - on the recommendation of a friend!
Absolutely amazing paint job on my California van, which had a 6 inch dent in the tailgate. They undercut the quote from the main dealer by more than a grand. Easy to deal with and did the job in exactly the timeframe they said they would.ServicesPainting
Fantastic service, highly recommended. After they had fixed my car, they even dropped it off at BMW. for a recall software fault that only BMW could fix.
My local garage. Owners been there a long one. Always seems to be honest and reliable. They seem to have, average,fair pricing. Owner has done odd little jobs for me on the spire of the moment in the past and hardly charged!!! Good place for an MOT or service, especially if you live or work in the city. Never had a bad job from them. They feel trustworthy, which I think you need from a garage.
