I recently visited here and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel at home. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as he helped me find my next car. Throughout the entire process, Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and took the time to explain all of the features of the car in detail. Very pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend a visit. We recently bought a used car from Snows Mazda in Chichester and were extremely happy with the levels of service and advice that we received - from Aaron especially. There was a very quick turnaround in getting our used car ready for us to take home, with the required modification being completed very quickly. The team were very helpful and flexible and I would feel very happy buying our next car from this garage. Great experience!
Rang about a car on Sunday, and went to the dealership and test drove the car that day. Excellent service from Andy. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was ready on the Monday when we arrived in the afternoon. All of the team were really friendly and the service we received from everyone was exceptional. Will be returning to have the car serviced by them, even though it’s quite a way from home. Would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you.
Highly recommend. We have never bought a car online before but Sam put us at our ease. He sent an additional video of the car on his phone and answered all our questions. He was also very patient helping us complete all the online forms. Just one issue is an electric mirror not working correctly so we have to take the car to our nearest Mazda dealer for repair which is not close.
I have just brought my 1st Mazda from Sam Raw in the Chichester Snows, He was excellent, Kept me informed at all times, my car was ready and delivered to me within a couple of days. Based on my experience I would recommend this garage and the team there to any one. Very Happy Customer
Very quick and easy deal sorted. Found vehicle I wanted on line. Contacted Snows and dealt with Sam. Laid back and chilled throughout. No pressure, no hassle, nothing to much trouble. Test drove the vehicle, sorted a good fair deal, paid the man and he even delivered it to my door a few days later. How buying a new car should be. Top bloke.
Everyone we met at Snows showed huge professionalism whilst remaining friendly and extremely helpful in finding the car we wanted. If I could single out Sam Raw who was a joy to deal with and even though it was raining very hard when we picked the car up, was determined to stand out in the rain whilst answering our questions on what all the controls were for! After service, answering a few of our queries have been met with the same professionalism and friendliness and I feel I can always phone Sam for any advice I need. Unbeatable. Thanks a lot Sam

Excellent service in a very short period of time. Rang Andy Stevens late Friday evening with interest in buying and collecting a car the next day. He couldn’t be more helpful checking service and MOT status to ensure it was ready. We were travelling 3 hours so have him an eta and he was waiting for when we arrived and had the car ready to be viewed. Explained all the features of the vehicle and it’s controls Polite, friendly service from all. Couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs. Would highly recommend and would be happy to travel to again.
Had a fantastic customer service experience from Aaron, he went way above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed and even helped me with my own car insurance company by contacting them on my behalf and sorting it out. I was supposed to collect at10am but due to the issues I had with insurance I couldn't collect so Aaron brought it to me at work Selsey, which was out of his way, after he finished work himself. Nothing was too much, he was amazing, A HUGE ASSET to Mazda. I love my new car. Thank you Aaron
