I went to see Steve at freeway car sales as I wanted a new car, from start to finish he was efficient, professional and really ensured I had the car I wanted. Everything was done quickly and to a high standard and I am so pleased with my new car! Big thanks to Steve for helping me get everything sorted and I would most definitely recommend going here!

I brought my VW Polo in June 2021, Steve and the staff were so helpful and reassuring during the period of purchasing the car. I recently burst my tyre and Steve and Mick kindly came to help me straight away and changed the tyre for me. The service is great and I really recommend them and thank them for the ongoing help.

Never ever buy a car from these people especially from Michale sold me a faulty car which they knew about but didn’t tell the customer and when things started to go wrong I contacted them for help and they blamed me for it and didn’t want to know which is out of order. Now I have to pay half of the finance agreement back £8000 which I’m struggling to pay back and now have the finance company breathing down my neck for the money back avoid at all costs.

We cannot recommend this company enough! We purchased a vehicle from Michael and the customer service was the best experience we’ve ever had. They dropped the vehicle off to our house and it was immaculate. Runs like a dream and I can without a doubt say, they are 100% better than any other dealership. I had the exact same car from Vauxhall a few years ago and had nothing but problems with it. This car is amazing and runs perfectly. They even service and MOT vehicles, which they collect and then bring the vehicle back you your house. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Thanks Michael and his team.

We purchased a Peaugeot car from them earlier this year, due to covid viewing of the car was difficult. We were given a three month warranty which we had to use within a week due to faults with the car. In fairness they tried to remedy the faults with us purchasing one part for them to fit. It turned out that no remedies were sufficient and so we took the car elsewhere for the faults to be fixed £1000. Still within warranty we requested that Freeway fitted one last part for which we received a reply that management clearance was needed and that they would come back to us, they never did. I wouldn't buy from them again and I  advise others to have an independent check  RAC, AA carried out before you commit to purchase.

The Team at Freeway, Michael & Steve together with all the staff are exceptional. The service, care and also attention to detail has been like no other i have had from a Main Dealer in the past. I have purchased 2 cars from them and they have always ensured that the cars have been up to to the highest standards that they always work too. They arrange the finance, settle old agreements, collect and deliver also.  What a GREAT Company, AMAZING SERVICE, FRIENDY STAFF, PROFESSIONAL, QUALTIY  I Cannot recommend them enough  Thank you Freeway

Rang up about a ford ranger. Wasn't as straight forward initially so i had to provide bank statements etc. Once i had to do this i never heard back from them. I rang 3 times in 1 week and never heard back. 2 weeks later now and i am yet to even hear back from them with the underwriters decision. I took my money elsewhere. They got 2 stars because they were polite. I guess if you are a complicated sale then you're brushed under the rug.  Edit. Everything you say is correct. You fail to recall me actually sending my personal bank statements to the underwriter and your selves. I left it 2 days and was promised a call back. Nothing so i went elsewhere. Going on what bigmotorgroup have said i guess i got a lucky escape.

Just bought our daughter her first car VW Polo and the service received from Freeway Car Sales was second to none. Michael and Steve were fantastic and left us feeling valued and reassured throughout. If your looking for a car dealer with with real value for money and excellent cars then Freeway Car Sales is a place definitely worth considering. Buy with complete confidence.

Numerous finance companies, have said to avoid. If you pay cash, then more fool you.

Just purchased a used car from here and the car and service given is excellent.  Phoned first to see if the car was still available and arranged to view, upon arrival the car was just coming back in after being cleaned for us! nice touch.. The sales/partners of the company selling the cars are in no way pushy and are very knowledgeable and helpful about the cars they are selling they have been in the business a long time.  I decided to buy the car if they done a few small items done to it first, without any quibble they agreed to do the extra work and they also took the vehicle for an MOT of which it passed with no advisories :-.  I collected the car in just under a week later after seeing it and this too was painless with them sitting through the process of arranging the tax and transfer of log book V5.  I looked through the warranty options and decided myself to get this too, all cars they sell come with 3 months, I added another 2 years.  The warranty company underwriters they use Auto Protect are one of the best and have very good reviews and is very reasonably priced.  I would recommend Freeway Car Sales to anyone looking for a new car, give them a try if they have a car you like you will not be disappointed.  I hope this review helps someone.
