Picked up a Luton van a few weeks ago and the whole process was painless. No hard sell of the usual extras although I did take out the roadside cover as was cheap enough and very reasonable. The staff were great and very helpful. There is an inspection upon pickup and drop off do make sure you take a good look yourself as I noticed two indicators were about to fall out. All fairly standard though. Would definitely use again

What a fantastic easy hassle free experience with the team @ Loughborough. I made an online booking through their easy to use web page within minutes. A little later in the day I was called up by a very polite person asking me if I would like to be collected from home - WOW ! This saved me getting the bus or taxi and they picked me up perfectly on time. Once at site , the staff were great and we quickly checked over the vehicle and I did take out some extra insurance protection which they suggested. The following week I needed to extend the loan and with one phone call to another helpful member of staff that was simply arranged . I was asked again if I required a lift home but this time to my home - but this time it was not required. The Manager ( Phil) greeted me when I returned and the handover was simple and professional. I will return in a couple of months to hire a van this time as they were true professionals.. 5*

Good service to start with. They take a £200 deposit and try and get another £99 to reduce the excess from 1150 to 250 and another £24 to reduce windscreen excess which is also 1150. Van was great, returned no issues said deposit returned but checked after 3 hours still not in my bank. I called and he said oh it takes 2-3 working days, says it can’t be done any faster and to raise it with my bank. This is of course not true and can be done same day. He said can’t help so I said I would not rent from them again as this not explained and he hung up on me. What does  their advert say about customer service?

Excellent service from this branch when I was left stranded without a car. 
Phil at the branch couldn’t do enough to help and kept me updated at every stage of the rental. Superb customer service. Thanks to all at the Loughborough branch.

Fantastic service and great staff at the Loughborough can not fault them. Gave me a car when i need it. Will use again. ++++++
