Always manage to get good discount but the service is not always the best.. overall I'm happy though.. Will use again for the standard car hire.

Absolutely appalling . I am totally speechless at the total disregard and lack of communication from Avis.
I have been accused of blocking my own debit card , constantly texted , had drivers turn up at my door at 9.30 pm  to name a few things ! 
I was paying £1069 pm and treated appallingly.
So terrible. Still awaiting the promised call back!  The last call I had was from a " floating manager " who was rude and patronising and compounded the horrific service already provided.
