I have hired vans from these people for the past 8 years (approx 20 days per year) and have nothing but good things to say about them. Their vans have always been reliable and Dawn and her team always go the extra mile to help!

Rented a van from Practical Car. Good rate and good customer service. However the van was old with a cracked windscreen and one of the tyres was slick to say the least. Suppose this is to be expected with the low price I was charged.

Left my car there when I hired a van in Feb 2010. It was broken into over night (door punched through) and interior ransacked. Two other cars were also broken into the same night. The CCTV turned out to be of no use. Suggest you get dropped off, unless you want your car off the road for 10 days+ and all the insurnace hassall. Apparently not the first time its happened there according to the lad behind the desk. How helpful....
