I have rented a car at this office several times and each time been met with friendly and courteous staff. Clean cars and efficient service. When I dropped off the car they were busy but they telephoned me later to tell me everything was ok. Bigs thanks to Dhruv and the team.

We have used car rentals all over the world but never experienced the level of customer service Nathan, Mo and Jimmy provided, thanks to them we will only be using Enterprise for any future car rentals.

Warm, friendly and efficient service and when l had to return a vehicle shortly after departing with a tyre inflation issue it was quickly and positively resolved.

Friendly, fast and intuitive staff. The best experience of car hire I’ve ever had.

It is just a car hire location, but the best I've been to. I wasn't getting on or off a plane, so it's located in a slightly off the airport place but still an easy walk. Because I was coming and going by car, it has easy parking and access. I was allowed to leave my car there. But don't assume it, it was VERY quiet with loads of space and they will accept no responsibility for your car, quite rightly. But I imagine normally there is no room for customer cars. On both my visits I was the only customer so was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Also was given an upgrade or at least I assume it was as it was bigger than the one I asked for If you arrive after a flight with a queue of others you may view it differently, but for me it was the best.

My personal van broke down 3 miles from Enterprise rent a car in Castle Donington Leicestershire and I needed help fast as I had a full load with my own customers onboard. Within half an hour I was loading onto the rental van without any fuss or waiting. First of all Thank-you Yusuf for the very friendly manner in which you dealt with the situation on the phone also in the office and also your colleague Elliott for the fast and professional handling of he handover. Also I got to deliver the van back in my hometown the next day hassle free I’ve rented a lot of vans in my time but this experience was definitely the best I’ve had. Thanks again and keep up the good work guys

Good price and service, Tom was very helpful. We had a slight hiccup at the start which was our fault but Tom helped us resolve the situation and got us quickly on our way. Professional and friendly service, I would recommend using these guys.

Great professional service.  Picking up a car for one way travel from East Midlands Airport.  Nothing too much trouble.  Choice of cars, explained everything about the car.  My little dog travelling with me was not a problem at all.  Easy drop off at Exeter Airport.  I've used Enterprise a few times now and always been extremely pleased as they put you at your ease and make everything a pleasurable experience. Great prices.  Well done Enterprise and your great staff.  See you again soon!
