I found Fratton Bridge Garage online and started discussing over email about a van for sale. Gary was very prompt and answered any questions I had. The sale was extremely smooth, no pushy sales tactics, no pressure at all. The van is top quality, has been well long ked after and very well priced. I couldn't be happier.  Gary went above and beyond to help as I was travelling from over 2hrs away, Gary completed the sale out of normal hours! Absolute brilliant service. Thank you Gary, from start to finish it has been a pleasure.

Although my purchace was unsuccessful on this occaision i can not fault Gary for his advice & support & the over all customer service at the garage. Friendly team, felt looked after, open & honest absolutely genuine family run place.

Have to give this garage 10/10 , friendly helpful from start to finish buying my new car. It was a breeze, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We bought a used car from this garage recently and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Pleased with the car, good price and every interaction we had with the garage was courteous and satisfactory. A small problem we had was speedily rectified and Gary and everyone we dealt with was lovely. The reception area is bright and welcoming, we will be using this garage for MOT and service in the future.

Not the cheapest but you tend to get what you pay for. Fratton service and MOT my van. Also go there when problems to be diagnosed and fixed. Happy to go back again.

First time I have bought a car from a non dealership garage. I have to say the team were very professional and reassuring, I felt very confident that the car I have bought has been checked and presented at its best. Will take my cars there for servicing etc.

Excellent garage -  I took my 2003 Toyota Corolla .to them as it  kept breaking down. They spent time looking at it and solved the problem which was replacing two sensors.  Nothing was too much trouble.  Very pleasant owner and staff.  Highly recommend.
