Best garage in Canterbury. Work always done to an excellent standard. Staff are friendly and helpful. Work is always quoted and confirmed before proceeding. Prices are fair and reasonable. I have had MOTs, services and repairs done on multiple vehicles and Acorn are knowledgeable and professional mechanics.
Absolutely amazing garage, I'm a student and have only had my car six months so was nervous to take it in to a garage I didn't know but they were amazing. They talked me through what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it and were overall transparent and very helpful. I would 100% recommend them and will be taking my car there if I have any other issues.
10/10 for these guys. I phoned up on the Tuesday to book my car in for new brake pads and discs and was told they could do it the next day, once the job was complete I was contacted to collect my vehicle, upon arrival I was greeted politely by the staff at reception and Selina explained all that had been done and the cost before handing over my invoice. Anyone needing anything done to their car definitely make this place your first and only stop.
Cannot recommend these guys enough! Called them up about my Nissan X-Trail as I knew from previous garage's that my turbo was on it's way out and needed to be replaced. I spoke with several other garages before speaking to Acorn, and all of them were either condescending I assume because I'm a woman! or made it quite clear that the job would be very difficult and so were not that interested in helping me. As soon as I contacted Acorn I had a completely different experience, I was spoken to with respect and had the entire process explained to me. I was given several options regarding turbo's and and wasn't pressured into anything. I booked my car in as soon as possible, and although the repair took an extra day's work this was not a problem for me at all as they did say this could happen I was not charged any more than what I was quoted. Fantastic customer service and my car runs like a dream! I will be going to them in the future if I have any other issues with my vehicles and will recommend friends and family do the same.
Went in as car wouldn't go into gear, dreading the worst they said they would have a look at it and come back 10 minutes laters saying it's all fixed, just needed to top up my clutch oil. Was only charged £5 for the oil. Lovely men and try their best to fit you in and don't try to rip you offService: General repairs & maintenance
Best garage that I have ever been to! Everyone is super experienced and explain everything that needs to be done in detail. Saved me few times when I needed things done urgently. Can’t thank you enough Acorn Garage!
The boot on my BMW 320 would not open. The Acorn guys managed to open it, replace both mechanical and electronic components that were faulty, and all for a very reasonable price. I cannot praise them highly enough. Professional, friendly, honest, quite the best service from a garage that I have ever experienced - and I am now 76, having been driving for nearly 60 years!Service: Electrical repair
