I had them replace a full set of 4 tyres yesterday and they absolutely violated my alloys. Now I have to repaint 4 alloys too. Nice one
I’ve been here 3 times in total and can’t fault them. Always friendly when you walk in. Helpful and informative without being patronising or trying to pull the wool over your eyes unlike a lot of other car places! Very reasonable waiting times with plenty of places nearby to wander around or get something to eat. Would happily return in the future if I need to.
Booked our vehicle in at the Portsmouth branch, to replace two tyres which we paid for in advance, along with valves, balancing and enhanced wheel alignment. Two things that I was not very happy with, who ever fitted the tyres left the wall of the tyre covered with a white sticky substance and all over my alloy wheels, in addition to this, one of the valves never had a dust cap fitted. Not very good service from a supposed reputable company. Won’t be visiting again.
Very happy with the service that F1 provided me. I felt a very valued and looked after customer. My Jaguar went in for an MOT, there were a few issues with it but I was offered good advice and they went the extra mile to help, thanks Simon. Regards Ryan
Booked in at 3 pm for puncture …was in at 3 and out by 3 . 25 . The fifth time I’ve used these guys and they are amazing. The best around by far . Thanks to Pete and the mechanic for being so efficient and polite . 5 stars .
Avoid. Avoid. Changed all 4 tyres, and the wheels were unbalanced. Back for rebalance and the apprentice scraped it on the way out the garage. Bumper respray elsewhere at their recommendation, and the body shop didn't attach the undercarriage properly so it disintegrated on the motorway. Kicker is the wheels were still unbalanced and I had to go elsewhere to get that done professionally as well. Literally the worst experience I've had down here.
Went to get tyres replaced and the tyres I ordered hadn’t shown up. They only made this apparent after they had already taken my wheels off. You’d think they’d of had the tyres ready before taking my wheels off or better yet contact me before I came down to say they didn’t have them. Blithering idiots.

Lied about the condition of my tires to try and get them replaced. Stated they were cracked and perished but had recently been replaced and nothing was wrong with them. Not trustworthy.
Dropped my van in yesterday as an emergency job . And the team at the garage addressed the problem with my van and sorted it the following day . Reasonable priced and helpful team .
