Had a great experience today having my windscreen replaced, and calibrated…thanks very much for great service with great care very much appreciated!
My windscreen was changed without any issues. Due to the vehicles age, additional deoxidizing Agent was added and extra bonding at my request was added. I can highly recommend their work and am very happy with the results.... My only reservation is that I had to drive round with a smashed windscreen for a week due to them being booked up. I'm not sure if this was due to excessive amounts of work coming in or staff shortages but it was a bit frustrating as I was expecting a same day service.
Fantastic service, just wish my insurance company was as efficient. Can't recommend the guys or the workmanship highly enough.
Bit of a mix up with the actual booking but they managed to sort it at short notice and one of the technicians i think Stuart stayed later and kindly fixed the windscreen. Very happy as I had my mot 3 days later Would of been 5 stars but was a mix up with original booking
Excellent service. Had to visit their site as wipers need calibrating after windscreen re-fitted. Turned up as first appointment just as the van were on their way out for the day, all drivers were polite and gave a nice happy “good morning”. Large waiting room, basic, could have been a little cleaner but good enough and free WIFI although was not theirs. Hand sanitiser good have been more prominent position. Dealt with swiftly and explained what they were doing throughout the process. Overall a pleasant experience as the guys had very good people skills.
Excellent customer service. We took our Peugeot for windscreen replacement as we had a chip on a screen. When we arrived, we were advised that it could be probably just repaired. So it was 25 mins later. Jonathan saved us £75 on SAGA excess. Easy booking and communication throughout the whole process. Very friendly and professional staff. Would recommend.
