If you care by your car DO NOT use this company.
I had one clutch and 2 motor mounts changed with Mr Clutch and the car was given back to me with the steering column broken by them. I had this issue inspected by other garage and had an report confirming that the motor mounts replacement caused the issue.
When escalated, I had one appointment with the regional manager to have the part inspected. I agreed to drive 21 miles to meet him and he didn't even bother to turn up for the appointment ( this just shows that they don't care by you).
Following a review I posted regarding this matter costumer services contacted my to ask me to remove my review (so no one would read how bad and dishonest the company is).
as a big company they will not take any responsibilities for their mistakes. They wont care with you any more after you make the payment. They see their clients as money to be earn and not as people that is trusting them. 
To everyone that is thinking of using their services - save money and your car and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Please please please DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE !!,
I spent nearly £1000 with this company ,, the job was a disaster from start to finish , they nearly caused the loss of my vehicle , they had a chance to make things right and still couldnt do a safe professional job,, then after all their cock ups they will not admit any responsibilty to causing any problems and have been so disrespectful and arrogant in their responses to my request for some kind of fair compensation ! 
Such a terrible experience I wish I had never arrived at Mr Clutch portsmouth ,,, absolutely AVOID AVOID AVOID !,,,

Avoid if you can cheap remanufactured cluches from China 80% people work ther haw no experience cut corners every job mising bolts,plastics etc after work done ther you will haw problems wyth something difrent (wirings, colant leaks,etc )everything it's done wyth air gun so if you haw wheel bearing gone after replacing cluch you now why . Why you think is cheap?  No attention to proper job quality not exists amount count . Every cluch they recommend flywheel skim no need for that some times the charge but it's not done trust me menager need sell alot of things otherwise end off a day phone call from head office and they not happy if it's below target and target it's big trust me so rip off every customer u think they so nice why you think they ar ? They need you to say yes get that done :)

Great stuff - booked MOT and it passed. The guy at the front desk who was of a Jamaican nationality who was helping as a one off was extremely helpful and polite. Gave sound advice to other customers on observation and was generally a nice chap to deal with.
Also the MOT tester was an elderly gentlemen with a beard and so it gave me even more of a reason to leave my trust in them. He done his job efficiently and effectively and provided me with a lot of reassurance. On this occasion Mr Clutch - well done. :-)

This is a great little garage. The chap on the counter is always very friendly and communicative. I have taken my VW T4 there many times. The guys did some work on the van and didn't charge one time recommending a diesel specialist at the same time. 
Other family members have used the garage having lots of work done and their view is the same.

I have been driving since 1992 using many garages in this time and this garage is one that I am happy to use and will take my van back to.
