It was an amazing experience visiting The Who Shop. They have a huge collection of nerdy merchandise which can satisfy every Whovian heart and their museum is very interesting. When entering you even get to turn the key to the T.A.R.D.I.S :D the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure and I spend several hours in the shop even though it is small.

An absolute must for Whovians! They have all the Doctor Who merch and collectibles anyone could want, museum collection is really fun, and the staff were all lovely. I'll definitely be going back!

If you are a Doctor Who fantastic like we are you "must" go here! And don't forget the small museum in the shop... it's only £3 and it goes to charity.

Beware! The owner’s attitude is about the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere - rude, patronising and aggressive. Take your money and time elsewhere. Sells lots of Doctor Who merchandise but not much you can’t get easily (and cheaper) online. The museum has a few original props/costumes but many more replicas and they’re not always clearly labelled as such. Don’t pay £500 for Cyberman helmets from them! Available much cheaper elsewhere. And *definitely* don’t buy anything from them claiming to be an original prop, costume etc. They issue signed certificates of authenticity which are not right and don’t see the need to check the facts for themselves. If I didn’t query the authenticity of my purchase - twice - I would have believed my item was screen used based on the COA, which it is absolutely not.

great shop, very helpful staff. the little museum is really interesting considering that they have real costumes and prop that was used during shooting the show.
