The lady in the shop had good customer skills and keen to help, a very pleasant and lovely day.

Lovely little shop with helpful staff had christian books video, C.D cards lot's more.

We've been to this shop before and it's nicely stocked with bibles and other materials. The first time we went there, we were served by the white woman who is lovely. She's patient, very helpful and the experience was made memorable which made me more excited to start the journey with my new bible that I purchased from the shop. However, on my second visit to this shop, we were attended to by the black woman, she lacks customer service and isn't customer friendly. Everything seemed rushed and she wasn't helpful, she seemed rather miserable. It was quite an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience sadly and for that reason I've given 3 stars. Had I known she's unwelcoming, I'd have waited until the white lady was available.

Jackie was so warm and helpful in making suggestions when I was at a loss as to what book to get for a friend. She asked me about my faith and asked if she could pray for me which I thought was so wonderful and caring of her! I'd highly recommend popping into this store if you need any such books; it's a lovely little store with very friendly and compassionate staff :

Jackie at The Good News Shop in Leyton was extremely helpful, warm and efficient when I rang.  My beautiful sculpture even arrived today - the very next day after ringing.  Very many thanks.  An A***** shopping experience.

It's a joy to call always willing to help and if you want to get rid of books/videos/cds give it to them to sell and recycle

Good staff and knowledge about there stock.And l seem to buy more books than l should. Well worth a visit.

Love going in this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I love their selection of Birthday cards. Nothing is too much trouble to find or order-in.
