A brilliant experience. I went to give my feet a much needed treatment and to check out some health concerns with my feet. Lucy was so lovely and easy to talk to, really good with my feet, eased all my concerns and explained what a lot of the root of my problems were and how to treat/ manage it. I will definitely be going back!

Very professional and friendly place. From walking through the door and during treatment you can’t fault it. I saw Lucy today and she really makes you feel relaxed and I’m always happy with the results. Great communication and central location. Everyone is lovely I would never go anywhere else. And I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Lucy my feel feel great

Can someone update what is happening with Footwork's in Birmingham, had an appointment last week that was paid for . Had confirmation of booking but no followup contact nearer the date.  When attempted to contact via Email no response and when phoned automated message saying closed due to an electrical fault this has been the same since last week. Is this company still operating or has shut it down and I have lost my money.  Very disappointed and not a good way to treat new customers with what has happened, my wife has been going to Footwork's for over last 4-5 years

After having discomfort with my left foot for about 12 months, I decided to try and get it resolved. Booked in with Footworks Chiropody and had a consultation with Lucy. Within the first session she eased the discomfort considerably, so much so I felt like I was walking in air on leaving the clinic. Lucy gave guidance on what the underlying issue may be, which I will be exploring. A 5 star rating for 5 star service. Lucy was knowledgeable and personable and put me completely at ease. Would highly recommend.

I have never seen my feet so smooth and soft before! Usual pedicures have never worked for me. It was a lovely relaxing experience and Lucy was very friendly, kind and caring. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I felt very welcome andright at home. Would highly recommend footworks! I have already booked my next appointment

Another excellent appointment at Footworks Chiropody. Friendly, calm, inviting and all while being professional, clean and incredibly informative. Lucy patiently treated me and explained everything she was doing, and why I am having the problems I do. Second time here and my feet are getting better and better! Absolutely making this a routine.

I first visited Footworks in July 2012 to get my horrendously unloved feet sorted for my wedding. Lucy was fabulous, firstly she didn't balk at my desert dry feet and went on to gently perform miracles with them without any tickling at all. She was extremely friendly and professional throughout, giving useful advice on how I could better look after my now smooth and beautiful tootsies both in the long term and on the day of my wedding. I even went back a few days later to get gel nails done to match my shoes for the day which looked amazing. I coudn't recommend Lucy and the Footworks team highly enough, they're a fantastic, friendly and professional group.

So happy I finally booked myself an appointment at Footworks Chiropody. I had never been to a chiropodist before and was a little nervous, I needn't have been! The staff at Footworks are offer a lovely warm welcome when you arrive and are very professional. I  hadn't realised quite how much discomfort I had been in with my feet until after my appointment. My feet now feel AMAZING! I'm so happy as are my feet! with the whole experience, and I can't recommend this place enough.

I had booked an appointment for my mum and her feet are soo smooth now. Lucy was soo kind and welcoming throughout the appointment and really made sure mum and I felt comfortable. All the staff were soo sweet and Lucy was an absolute fountain of knowledge and she clearly loves what she does. Always great to see health care providers that have so much respect for their patients and profession.
