I've been able to get an appointment 8/10 times my children have always been able to get an appointment and the surgery staff along with the asthma nurse's have been amazing. Doctors do take time to listen to your concerns and have genuine care when helping.
Just been to this surgery for my Covid 19 vaccine. They have it set up extremely well. All staff from the lady outside to the two people in the waiting marquee were really friendly and helpful. They are all really doing a great job!
Extremely rude receptionist, needs to learn how to talk to patients. Dr Jas is the worst doctor I've ever had the experience of meeting. Once COVID-19 has calmed down, I'm moving GP practices. All the good doctors left ages ago, the practice is just carrying dead weight now.
Poor service had a baby jab 16week booked but on arrival they claim it wasnt booked, wasted my time lost a day of work will never use this clinic again. If you value your health I suggest not going to this clinic
I'm wondering why the surgery are giving people appointments for the Covid vaccine, and now my wife is still waiting in a long queue in the cold for an hour and a half, her appointment was 9:15 am today !
