This is a fantastic practice. The staff are polite, professional and helpful. The online access is very efficient and responses are received within 12 hours at times. Dr Yousef and Dr Tasdiq are fantastic GP’s who take pride in their work. Their level of knowledge is exemplary and they genuinely care for your well-being. Thank you for your care.
The receptionist told me 3days in a row i would have to find a different appointment because the surgery was fully booked, after calling nhs111 i was made aware that the surgery still had appointments, at this point i believe its discrimination as the receptionist blatantly lied about having no more appointments. Im going to file a serious complaint of discrimination and take it as far as it can go. No appointments is fine, discrimination is illegal. At some point even doctor's and their staff have to be held accountable, especially for delaying treatment depending on background, ethnicity, nationality, skin colour, gender or otherwise. Its gone to far, the receptionist clearly has an issue however i pay my taxes and im entitled to healthcare and for that reason, I won't let this go unchallenged.
Absolute worst doctor surgery ever they are very unhelpful they have no respect when they talk to you over the phone and dr kiran whatever her name is has no respect and the old lady receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing
Seriously sick to death of this practice lines are always busy for hours never seem to get an appointment ever,called more then 24 times no one ever seems to answer,extremely unwell best I change surgery’s i honestly wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone
Funny how this place has only really bad reviews.. They also removed a patient unjustly and He since committed SUICIDE, inna lillahi He was screaming for help for a long time and repeatedly shunned by the horrible receptionists and manager of this nasty place. Soon be shut down inshAllah..
I have never seen a surgery like this in my life !! My wife is nearly die they r done nothing !! Just because i was no indian !! But if anything will happen to my wife then i know what i do !! There all doesnt care and disrespect !! Theres some old women running this surgery !!! They hasnt done anything to my wife thats why i have to take her to hospital every month
Absolutely disgusted with RANJIT who denies she is ranjit the NHS is got to the pot. staff refuses to give a complaint form or speak to anyone else. They upset and frustrate members of staff who are going though a difficult enough time. I asked to speak to some else and then she said NO. When you write a negative feedback you are often ask to delete it however this time I will not I don’t even believe complaint are taken seriously To give an update as I had become slightly upset and angry. I have been sent a zero tolerance letter however, there appears to be no action taken against Ranjit.
This medical centre is a continual disappointment, with possible understaffing and more patients than they can handle. It frequently takes weeks to arrange appointments, and that’s if you can get through on the phone. Even with booked appointments they may cancel without informing, which is what has happened today. The explanation given was that but we tried calling you even though no voice message was left. I was then informed that I could wait but it could take at least half a hour - because we all have all the time to wait around when appointments have been pre-arranged. Very unprofessional service. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get decent level of care and customer service.
Simply put, the staff are extremely rude, bossy and entitled. No respect for patients and they are never helpful. Especially the reception staff, they think just doing the basics of their job is somehow a favour on the patients coming to the GP.
The most unmerceness reception ever i dealed with. I never met any reception staff unhelpful and un understandable, like Heathfield Family Centre staff!! unfortunately
