Story

Our story begins from a small group of innovative young minds who identified a shortcoming in the way food is offered to people today.


At Health County, we understand the health benefits of fresh, simple, tasty food, but also understand the difficulty for the customer with regards to accessibility and choice.
We came together to think of a way to radically change the fast food market so that it focuses on the individual needs to the customer, and still satisfying their health requirements. Health County was born!
In Health County, we aim to expand and continually provide our customers with an unrivalled experience, from the detailed worldwide sourcing of our fresh fruit and veggie produce, under the best and most hygienic forms.
We also have a fantastic lean supply chain model in place so we aim to receive daily supply of our produce (JIT) to ensure all our recipes are fresh and contain the right nutrients to keep our customers healthy and happy”.
We are unique in the sense that we also provide healthy food education and information to our customers, according them the power to choose what they want to eat. “YOU ARE THE CHEF”, rather than “make do” with what is available as is the case at the moment.
All our recipes are FSA certified and provide you with your daily portion of your 5-A-Day. We strongly believe in preserving the environment so we support the use of biodegradable materials and also support Fair Trade produce.
We further show our commitment as a percentage of our profits go to friends of the earth
and several designated charity organisations.
Our wide range of fruit and veggie recipes also allow us to provide great breakfast and lunchtime recipes and are also health based with great recommendations and testimonials from individuals and organisations.

Community Programs : At Health County we work closely with the local community to educate and promote the importance of Healthy eating through our involvement in Various community and Local council events. In Dudley, we work with the Dudley Healthy Towns project and the Change for life campaign.

Protect the environment : We strongly believe that our fresh fruit and vegetable ingredients are natures gifts so we do our best and play our part in keeping our environment fresh so it can yield the most nutritious ingredients packed with vitamins and minerals nutrients. We also ensure that where possible we will use eco-friendly and bio-degradable materials to reduce pollution and increase degradation. We also support the organisation Friends of the Earth with a percentage of all our earnings.
