I have donated here probably 8 times, never with any difficulty, always prebooked on the app. The staff and volunteers are always lovely and I've always felt safe donating. If you're thinking of donating blood, book an appointment on the website and go for it!

On arrival yesterday they wanted to take a temperature which is totally fine but I asked the lady to take it from my wrist rather than my head but she totally refused.  A little annoyed  but continued with my donation and somewhat reluctant to go again if they continue with such orthatarian 1 rule.

Dedicated and caring staff make you feel welcome and look after you while you donate.

I always visit this centre, it has friendly environment with very polite staffs.

I've been donating here for years and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Its also always been really well run with very few delays an little waiting.
