They never have appointments- My symptoms got worse, then I died. Still no appointment! Receptionists have no self awareness. Honestly, pay me half their hourly wage and I’ll still do the job with a better attitude
A lot of these reviews don’t say which GP practice, they are three different surgery’s in he one building Dr walji practice is very good and the new receptionist is lovely the good thing is you can at least get a phone appointment usually on the same day if needed
The receptionist was lovely and the health practitioner and the doctor I saw were professional and kind. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you Balsall Heath Health Centre Team!
Dr Raghavan isn't too bad but not great either. The rest is abysmal... The asian guy on reception is a joke, rude, liar and will never give you an appointment. The manager not sure off her name isn't any better at all, service is non existent and she always seems to be hiding. When requesting to speak to her you're told you will get a call back or file out a form... to speak to the manager we have to fill a form?? Lol. You will not get a response at all. Good luck getting an appointment, you can call at 9am and appointments are apparently gone within minutes yet when you do get an appointment there is nobody there whatsoever. If you appointment is at 1pm you can expect to wait at least 15mins before being seen yet nobody comes out of the doctors room before you. If you're late you get a telling off like a child would... what's the point arriving on time if you're seeing patients late yourselves. Why make patients wait when nobody has an appointment before them? When Dr Sinha had the practice it was much much better, since Raghavan has taken over it has become a circus. I am so glad we have changed surgeries altogether!
First things first if I could give this doctor Dr Kazim Dhanji zero stars I would because he has ruined it for this surgery. The guy has no clue what he’s on about, I had an accident, and requested an X-ray and he said I don’t need it and then I asked him how long the pain is gonna last and he says a few months so I request time off work with a sick note and he says no you don’t need a few months only two weeks off, is he having a laugh? an aesthetic doctor telling me about my back pain and neck pain He clearly has no clue I’m switching surgeries. Don’t recommend this dr, your just wasting ur time.
Do NOT recommend this GP surgery at all. You can ring on bang on at 9 and you’ll be placed in a queue of more than 8 people in front of you. Hardly give you appointments and waste your time and have no genuine concern for your health whatsoever. Embarrassing
Dr Ragavan He will gaslight you and make you think you are overreacting. My child couldn’t breathe properly at night for years I told the doctor and he told me my child will grow out of it, spoke to doctor from children’s hospital and they demanded my child have a operation to remove his tonsils because it was affecting his breathing. My child came back from school with a bruise on his arm, the doctor told me it’s a RASH put cream on it! requested a second opinion from a different doctor and they immediately got the safeguarding team because it was definitely a bruise! They do not care at this surgery.
The Drs are good specially Dr Zahir Alhaffar. The only problem is the receptionist. The receptionist have no manners at all and they don’t feel happy to see our ugly faces nor hear our terrible voices on the phone. To talk to a receptionist, particularly the female ones you will feel as if they are sitting on a fire and your going will put the fire off. Sometimes I think the NHS has chosen that type of dry receptionist to get rid of the patient in one way or another. You will never see one of them smiling or has a communication skills as receptionist. I feel sorry for the patients who visit that Center and I feel sorry for my self that am still there just because of Alhaffar. I will never recommend no one to go there at all.
If possible, I would give zero stars! The most rude reception staff going, very patronising and do very little to help. "We can't do that" is a phrase commonly used amongst the staff. They are very unprofessional and do very little to make you feel at ease. The doctors are just as bad. They clock watch whilst seeing you and do everything possible to get you out of their office. Very unhappy with the service provided, phones are constantly engaged and the staff just shrug it off when you tell them so. Do not register here!!!
On Saturday morning i had phoned in to talk to the GP, soon after I was in the Dr's surgery with a cup of tea that the nice lady at reception made for me. The best service I have ever had at a GP. Thank you and very well done Dr Walji and colleagues .
