My daughter bought 270 trainers from the retail shop after a month the shoe sole had come loose my wife and I went to the shop and explained the problem the lad on the checkout replaced the old trainers for new great service. The staff were 1st class

Good star with great parking nearby the staff was really helpful as I could not find the size I was looking for and he helped me straight away
Very attentive staff once you have gone over and ask for their help, which I like. No one likes to be pounced on as you walk in.
Haven't been here for a while but last time I did they 'measured' my child's feet and sold me the 'correct' size trainers which promptly fell off his feet as soon as we walked out of the shop then refused to change them because he'd worn them outside of the shop. Not been back since.
Helpful staff good variety of clothing and shoes
Have had cause recently to return a pair of trainers to this store, and despite foot asylum head office initially being unwilling to accept my complaint, the teesside park store has agreed to exchange the trainers for my daughter....a very welcome and much appreciated U-turn!!.... Thank you very much to the manager and staff at Teesside Park Foot Asylum..
I will never ever go near footasylum in teesside Park after my partner today got accused of shop lifting a jacket what had been paid for luckily the receipt got found and proved that there was no theft at all and when we asked for an apology we didn't get one absolutely disgraceful security guard wants sacking and one of the workers in footasylum also accused my partner of walking out the shop with the jacket on and not paying but his face dropped when my partner showed him the receipt if that's the way they treat customers who are willing to spend alot of money in that shop then the whole lot wants shutting down
Staff very helpful and friendly will definitely recommend and return service was just perfect
