I’ve always worn M&S bras. I’ve recently lost weight so I am in need of some new bras that fit correctly.nI called into M&S Teeside Park to ask about getting measured to know my correct size before I buy from their store.nI asked a staff member on the correct department about how I organise an appointment. The response from the member of staff was not very helpful. She told me I had to make an appointment and it would not be today as they were really busy!.nI realised that I wouldn’t get an appointment right there and then but she never offered to help me make an appointment for a later date. She made me feel I was putting her out by just asking her a question.nI won’t be buying any bras from M&S from now on, I’ll take my custom to Next.
When a shop has no staff for serving customers and expect people to scan their own stuff. When you spend over £200 on food it’s very poor customer servicennThe shop is pretty grubby and could do with giving it a deep clean. I reported the chewing gum stuck to the table and the member of staff rolled eyes at me.
just disappointed with the attitude and lack of responsibility.ncafe was good before trying to purchase work shirts, not one size 15 in any of all of the multi pack shirts .. no 14, 14.5, 15, 15.5 , seven 16's numerous 16.5 two 17's and one 18 shirtsnWhat used to happen was when an item of clothing got bought, another would be ordered to replace it, now that doesn't happen and it just a lucky dip if the item is on the shelf. we took one of the packs over to the lady and asked if they had any size 15's and she noted two were out the back, came back twenty seconds later and informed us she couldn't find any. it took ten seconds to get to the back area and ten back and told to order online and with that walked off, not a care in the world !!! customer service wow
My wife went shopping here, parked slightly over a line of a bay and got a £100 fine. She only parked over the line as the car next to ours was too far over so we couldn’t open the passenger door.
Ordered a cafe late with a extra shot, lady serving was great , BUT THE COFFEE WAS THE WORST CUP COFFEE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE , it was that horrible I actually believe I was scammed or suffered a fraudulent experience. M&S was once known for their quality , well I’m here to inform you that BUS has well and truly left , a very very very poor -15 star negative , never to be visited again
