Nice place I couldn't make it up the stairs so they carried some the product I wanted to see down stairs

I placed an order in store for straps for my sons buggy as they were broken. They told me two weeks maximum it's been four weeks, tried to contact the branch got passed about when finally got hold of branch they told me they are available in couple of days, my son is now hanging out his pram which is concerning, I'm not wasting money on new buggy when new straps cost £8.

The staff are nice and I like the products only gripe I have is it says they are open until 8 but multiple times we have travelled with baby to find the shop shutting at 7, this is really frustrating
