A good selection of stores. The parking is much improved with one way systems, live updating information boards showing where spaces are and traffic management staff when very busy. The children's play areas are great for shopping-weary children too.
My honest opinion. Got bored. The split across the space starting to feel like two different areas and not one space. If you park right long walk around to the otherside for the shops so anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get round all the shops. Decent variety but starting to get stale. No new shops with new products very same e ! As most - be more innovative and bring new shops in to give a new flavour!
I arrived at ten fifteen on a Sunday morning to find out the shops open at ten thirty. Silly me but at least I got parked easy. Better selection of shops than in Middleborough. Getting there early is a good idea because the car park layout is terrible and gets clogged up.
Dreaded Xmas shopping trip, but actually not as busy as anticipated. Not been in a while so new car park layout is much better with one way lanes if us lovely people take note of them. Wide choice of stores as usual - looking forward to new stores arriving next year.
I'm giving this only 3 stars because of the awful traffic management. It's usually slow moving traffic getting into the main car parking Parking can be a pain at times. Sometimes it is hard to see pedestrians about to cross from the shops to the car park. They got rid of the canopies over most of the shops, so expect to get wet now when walking from shop to shop or to your car. Disabled parking. There are public toilets in one corner of the site. They are clean and feel safe due to concierge/ reception staff being just outside them. Some stores also have toilets for customer use. There are busses here/ near the retail park now. A good selection of stores and eating establishments.
Very busy, parking is currently a nightmare but with all respect and in fairness to the management of the retail park. Half of the availability for parking is closed due to works being done. How long that is due to take, I'm not sure, and I don't know what effect it has on any of the sores. Now have to walk all the way around the park, so think the next thing the management should consider is a branch of Stockton-on-Tees Shop Mobility with lots of blue badge parking around it, giving many people with a disability or health issue, the opportunity to shop in all of the park, not just those areas the re currently familiar with. Would make shopping for many more endurance. . It would b nice to see farmers' markets, Christmas markets , open air drive-in cinema, light show, etc, also using this space. There are plenty of car parking spaces around the park area that could accommodate overflow parking. Could make the whole area much more of a central attraction than just a shopping park. Ideas anyway
I managed to get some of the products in the shops I went to. I can't wait for the new stores to open which are taking a long time. I think that they need to pull there finger out at the shops there already to get more sizes in petite let's hope Primark has a great selection ASAP of opening.
Excellent for everyone. Very good selection of shops to make it a day out the traffic management needs looking at since closing off the center part and Been made to sit in queues and drive around to get a parking space.
Great shopping area with a variety of shops to choose from, however I do think it needs other shops there I think it would reallllly benefit from a Primark there, as has everything else I typically would go into Middlesbrough town for except primark and maybe a closer place to eat that's like a pub.
Teesside park.... A retail park making up about 20-25 stores; ranging from budget stores such as poundshop; to more higher end stores..... Asda is also there too Definitely somewhere to visit if you're local to it; plenty of free parking. Bowling alley; cinema, KFC, 5 Guys and a number of other food outlets are on site too.... Quite literally can get majority of what you need from one location
