Fantastic store and multiple staff such as Harris and Liam helped me plenty of times find exactly what I was looking for, I have no criticism ,except James has a few things to improve on.
Terrible customer service! 3 staff on the shop floor, 1 on shoes, 1 on the till and 1 stood at the door writing on price reduction cards. This was on a weekend 2 weeks before Christmas. The queue was 3 deep when I joined and I waited at least 10 minutes to get served because only 1 staff member was serving. When I left the queue was about 5 deep and still only 1 person serving. Not good enough. Also they offer NHS/student discount but only online? Makes no sense to offer it online but not in-store.

Me personally think that the hole of JDS sports have gone down hill returned 2 different types of training shoes as glue has come away you paying over a100 pound and the trainer are made no good,have to go back again with two different pairs and exchange again this will be the third time I've been in 4 weeks. If these go wrong I definitely want my money back
I was in your store last night 24/11/16 at around 5:30. I just wanted to say that the staff are fantastic. Very friendly & helpful. Lovely store & great staff. Will definitely be returning.
Most of the trainers not available. Order on the website in the stockton branch and been told that it ill be deliver in store on Sunday. Comes Sunday no email or text from JD i call the store and then been told that deliver day is every Tuesday. Joke. Poor costumer service. Hate liars.
Didnt have what I wanted, range was smaller than other outlets as its a smaller unit
Friendly amd helpful staff, great range of clothes nike, adidas, lacoste etc. Changing rooms available and accepts debit or credit card.
Visited today and priced very reàsonably. Would visit again. Staff very courteous x
