Shocking customer service in Laura Ashley Teesside Park today. Full rack of trousers on sale with sale price tags on. Upon trying to purchase advised it's 'obvious' that someone has just stuck that tag on insinuating that we had changed tags although the full rail was the same. Advised this price cannot be honoured as they don't have to. False advertising and absolutely awful service from two women who made me and my mum feel like theives. Shame on you Laura Ashley.

Went to buy fabric for Roman blinds The staff were extremely helpful especially Vicky her first day back from maternity leave.We needed several metres and she went out of her way to find another roll and cut them to the lengths we needed I would definitely recommend this store for helpfulness
