Visited here to get a new suit for my son's wedding and the choice was superb. I was helped by a lovely member of staff who assisted me in every way to select the right suit for the day and ensured it was a perfect fit. I found though that they did not have the colour I wanted in stock but no problem. A phone call later and the suit was delivered to my home on time and perfectly presented. It costs a little more but is worth it.
Let down badly here by two staff members who completely ignored us. Tried on two coats but ignored, would have bought the second 9ne at £199 but because of the staff we left. Date was 18.1.2023 at around 10 am.
OK but not a fantastic range of hire suits. Understaffed but they were helpful and smartly dressed. Would recommend
We ordered a suit for a black tie event that got cancelled. We paid 99 to hire. On Thrusday rang this morning wouldn’t change the date as on way. Not till next Friday. The rudest women I’ve ever spoke to. Lost 99 no sorry nothing. I would certainly not recommend this store. Hope the manager sees this !!!!!!
Super informative and fast workers. Personally I had a lad named Will who was extremely helpful and made my first experience very thorough and stress free.
Seems to be a mad rush in suits at the moment, didn't have my size in the one I wanted,but a staff member Chris assured me he could source it from other branches. True to his word, it all arrived within a week. Excellent service and staff very helpful.
Unless I've received bad service it's quite rare for me to leave a full review, but this is the exception to that. The tailor who went through everything with us was an absolute genius. He put us at ease, and guided us though the options, while letting us know that we were in charge all the way. This is possibly the most relaxing suit buying experience I've ever had, and to top it off probably the best looking suit too!

Brought my son Ethan to be fitted for his first prom suit today, the assistant Liam was superb and faultless in his knowledge of what colour suit, shirt, tie etc would look the best. Very impressed with his attention to detail and flawless customer service. We bought a designer 3 piece suit, shirt, tie, shoes, belt and socks for £315 which was good value for the quality, style and fit. My son is delighted with the end result. Well done!
