: ( ***CURRENT UPDATE**** I popped in last week and to my shock horror standards have dropped the store is a mess and it seem as though the sales assistants don't want to be there miserable faces something has gone wrong and footlocker need to pay attention to this local store and bring a better manager, unlike the previous vibes much has changed to the worst and my stars will go from a 5 to a 2 star. SAD! I won't be visiting this store until there's a drastic change. -------------------------previous feedback. A Great SMALL store polite and professional team a clean and orderly environment with interactive and attentive customer service from all the employees smiling and engaging BIG UP JASON!!. If you already have a bad attitude in your general life and live to be a pessimist and require the customer service that is accompanied with prostration everything is going to seem unpleasing, I don't understand the negative stars and ridiculous comments "small store and sloth customer service" unreasonable and irrational call customer service and ask that the store is given more employees for you to enjoy your shopping experience, DALSTON is my local I've been in the this store on 30% sales madness with a shocking two to three employees serving 15+ Adult customers and children and everyone is served. If you are accustomed to luxury one2one lingering attention go to harrods or selfridges spend £20 more for the same trainers and garments, or go to the a larger store i.e the Bond Street branch I assure you won't even be greeted unless you look a "tourist" a backpack and an expensive camera hanging around your neck. I've been to both stores and almost every footlocker in London with the exception of two and the DALSTON branch is head and shoulders over the rest when it comes to customer service and environment. I find a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of humans beings and a strong stereotypical superiority complex I been a witness on numerous occasions with sour faced customers with inconsiderate sharp rude sarcastic remarks leaving shoes boxes on benchs on the floor and just walk, if you expect ghetto wild behaviour rolling eyes and kissing teeth in an "urban setting" because it's hackney not everyone in a "urban setting" is ghetto and not everyone in the ghetto has a slave mentality when serving you.
