Nice, friendly gym. Staff always happy to assist, and locals are friendly too. Been coming here when I'm on holiday for years. Don't be fooled by the equipment - it may be old, bit it's well maintained, sturdy and a lot smoother and easier to use than it's modern counterparts.
This place is great. The staff is super friendly and willing to give you a spot if you need one. The gym is clean and we'll maintained. Highly recommend.
This is a small gym which I use when we go on holiday to Whitby, it is adequate for anyone who is a bodybuilder or who just wants to keep fit like myself All sanitising facilities are in place ! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, I'd like to thank Claire and Neil for their kindness X You can pay on the day for each individual session and it's cheap as well, give it a try ! Old school gym, cardio, machines, free weights bars with plenty of plates and a huge rack of dumbbells. Be prepared to clean the bar if you want to do a standing overhead press.
