Was very disappointed with the lack of communication when attending the gym regarding information for my future in training there. Was very sad with it been my local gymnastics club to have been turned away both times when I went into discuss training with them with no answers and no emails or calls back. It is a real shame as would have been a loyal customer for the next few years but was lost due to poor communication and an overall bad attitude towards customers.

Totally run down, needs a good clean and gymnastic staff extremely unfriendly and rude. Ruined my son's birthday. Never responded to my complaint.

I have trained here numerous times and have hated it, if you are in mixed classes with younger people you don't learn anything. If you are like me and want to learn the art of gymnastics this is not the place to go. I wanted to feel pushed but I was held back because of my 'petit body build'. All the money you pay to go the gym is used for the squad and elite gymnasts not the lower groups, lower groups also don't get to use large amounts of the equipment suc has the air track and foam pit. I very disappointed with Harrogate gymnastics club and I hope it improves.
