Dropped in for a workout here. Great place to get a workout in while I'm traveling around the UK. The workout was good and the community was very nice.

HG3 is not just a gym, its a community of positive like minded people. I can honestly say I have never felt so excited to go and exercise. The coaches strike the perfect balance between encouraging you to challenge yourself but never pushing you beyond your limits. Having just been ranked in the top ten crossfit boxes in the UK by Women's Health magazine this place is a cut above!

By far the best gym I have ever been to. Great facility, awesome coaching and a great community of people. I spent many years dragging myself to a large chain gym that I didn't enjoy going to, but I actually enjoy going to HG3. Not only is everyone friendly but the coaching and programming is excellent and I have made some huge improvements both in my fitness and strength since going. I could not recommend the place highly enough.

A fantastic CrossFit affiliate with highly skilled strength and conditioning coaches, British weightlifting affiliated. A great family friendly community offering adult, kids, teens and women only CrossFit classes where you can learn to move correctly and develop gymnastic skills, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. Couldn't recommend more highly

After spending years doing virtually no exercise I made the decision (aged 41) to get myself fit once and for all. I was quite nervous going down to HG3, I'd never lift weights of any kind or done much cardio and really didn't know what to expect. From the minute I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome, not only by Pete, one of the owners, but the other members there. I have now been a member for nearly 2 years and haven't looked back, not only am I the fittest I have ever been but I am part of a friendly, supportive community of people of all ages and finally enjoy exercise! My 10 year old son is now a crossfitter (he can do pull ups better than me...not difficult!) and my husband also joined and loves it. Highly recommend going down...you won't look back.
