As a beginner I have found this class inclusive and relaxing, yet satisfyingly challenging! The clear instruction and adaption of positions is suitable for all abilities, and I would recommend this practice to everyone. The beautiful St. Mary's Church only adds to the sense of calm that I feel every week - the Friday evening yoga practice really is the perfect start to the weekend!

Been going to this Yoga class for 3 years and have never regretted a single penny spent on it! The minute I skip a class I feel the mental and physical change and would definitely recommend the classes for anyone wanted to gain strength both mentally and physically. Best decision I've ever made

I love this yoga class! Fantastic for improving both mental and physical health. I would highly recommend to anyone and often do!
