Put simply: this is not an £85-a-month gym. It's far too busy. The changing rooms are very crammed; expect lots of bumping into people as you go to and from your locker (if you're lucky to find a free one). On to the gym itself... I couldn't find a machine or bench that was free. I couldn't even find a free space to warm up or do some stretches. The early warnings were there when I saw some poor chap stretching in the lobby area; I thought he was just being efficient but turns out that was the only "space" he could find (at the bottom of a stairwell tucked in by a banister). Every bit of free space is dominated by a class of some kind which I don't have any interest in (but everyone loves a class these days so perhaps that's just me)!  I wandered around looking for something to do but there was nothing available so I went to the pool which was surprisingly quiet; in fact the pool is the best thing about this "gym"... it's just not worth spending £85 a month for. On the plus side, the staff seem friendly enough and were of course very understanding when I opted to cancel my membership suggesting that I check them out around March when it gets a little quieter.

Great experience with DW Fitness First at Tottenham Court Road. Fantastic equipment at a great membership price. I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff are at the gym, especially Louis Theo who took me through the application process. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

My home gym was renovated so I've got opportunity to go to this gym for few weeks. I really liked it very well equipped and 2 big pools but I would not pay £85 for a gym membership. But if you can afford go for it. You will find everything you need for good workout.

Amazing equipment on all floors, swimming pool has tranquillity from soft lighting and away from rest of gym, steam and sauna always clean! staff amazing and helpful! Special thank you to Lucy for recruiting me to train here, always super polite and helpful. And shoutout to Barbra amazing personal trainer with killer abs!

A decent all-round gym. The weights room is good enough you get big if you want to. The showers and toilets are reasonably clean. Tendency to play music too loud, though that seems to have improved of late. Too much rap and dreary ballads.
