Sensational gym, I walk in and feel my muscles grow x2 before I even get a pump. So many leg machines that I can’t skip leg day. Staff super friendly always telling me my form is wrong.
Been a member here for over 5 years now, and it’s a really great gym. Decent size, bright inside with big windows, good range of equipment, staff are all lovely and it’s always nice and clean. Only 2 squat racks, lifting platforms and barbell bench presses, hence the 4*, but for the price it’s pretty unbeatable.
I really like my gym. Everyone is so helpful. Especially Maxine is my fav PT. She is always cheerful, motivating and helpful. Thanks to her positivity, I push my limits every time. I got in shape and started getting fitter by attending her classes. If you are looking for a good gym, I think you should choose this place.
Really good value gym but often the instructors don’t turn up for classes and it’s getting really frustrating. In 5 of my 14 classes over the past 2 months the instructor hasn’t showed up it’s the same person most times. There is no pre warning given, you just hope another instructor comes up to you and tells you with everyone hanging around awkwardly on the mat. It’s not even written on the board at the entrance. Really poor treatment of people showing up at 7.15 to do a morning class. Needs to be a much better system in place.
I did the Fit Pump class with Morgan and it was suited for everyone, beginners, intermediate and could be adjusted to hard if anyone wished to. It was a range of total body workouts where he was very helpful with positioning and technique and always was encouraging and motivating even when you wanted to give up! 5 out of 5 stars for me!
I'm coming because I'm close to this hall. The pin hasn't worked for three weeks, so I haven't trained. I tried to reach them many times, I sent an e-mail, no answer, live chat, they say they've solved the problem, but I'm still coming back from the door. It's complete nonsense.
This is a great gym, very welcoming and not intimidating at all. The classes are brilliant, especially Shaun's sessions. He's helpful in correcting form and he is very encouraging!
Great place for to do your workout! I love all classes here! Come to do on Monday the Luigi’s class! He is very helpful and in his class you can improve your power and skills! Don’t lose your time and join in!
Really enjoy coming to this gym and their classes, especially the morning classes. One of my fave ones to go to is boot camp which is held by Tiga at 07:15. Listen you defo burn calories in this class here, would highly recommend.
Great gym! I've been working out for a year, the staff are friendly, and the price is decent! I'd definitely recommend it!
