First and foremost, the bad, even if you go early say 6am prepare to be blasted by their choice of dance music, it’s not that their music is terrible, it’s not, just sometimes it’d be nice to be able to hear your own headphones , I see 65% of people with headphones on, guessing they wanna hear the stuff on their own phones, Gonna have to invest in bulky noise cancelling headphones! Other than that the staff are nonchalant, but really interested in each other. Equipment is ok, not amazing not terrible. Classes are in a corner of the gym and this is where you are immersed in its cheapness, a small studio would be better, but it is budget, expect no frills there are truly none. They have a fair amount of free weights, and the 24 hour opening is handy, it’s just the music that’s dementing , my rating would have been 3-4 otherwise, pity. You do get emails from time to time that are encouraging.

This is a horrible gym, the staff there are unbelievably rude. My ankles were heavily injured months ago and one group class I had in this gym worsened the condition. Today the personal trainer Alana insisted on me doing intense moves after I told her my ankles are injured and I’m on medication. My ankles started to hurt after I did 3 min of her rope skipping, I suggested doing something less hurtful to my ankle until it gets better, she insisted, I refused to keep doing the moves that might have hurt me and tried to explain more why, she fired at me saying she doesn’t need me to tell her what to teach me, I was totally shocked. She won’t listen to me and kept talking over me and argued with me loud in front of other customers and burst out to the manager office to report me, the manager was very passive on helping me, she looked unconcerned she arranged another trainer which is “more likely to spend time with people”, and after I explained everything, she said she is not sure what exactly happened there and didn’t say a sorry or showing any apology at all the whole time. It’s terrible the whole experience, I can not imagine there can be people working there as unreasonable and hostile as this woman to a customer.

All the equipment you will need in a gym, only down side is it packed most times of the day- but I guess that shows it that good a place to go for some gym time.

I like that is 24hours so on the occasion I can't sleep I am able to go for a work out. The classes are brilliant too.

Terrible place it has potential but I can't get passed how rude the staff are. They believe they know better than anyone and refuse to listen even when you are hurt and shouldn't be working out they make you feel as though you have to and if you don't they just walk away.
