Story

Personal training is the bedrock of PerformancePro and we are committed to science-based intelligent fitness for all.

Whatever stage you’re at, if you’re serious about your health and fitness we can help. Whether you’re training for an extreme event, recovering from injury or simply want to tone-up and shift some weight.

We don’t believe in memberships, contracts or tie-ins. We know our personal training works so our clients happily come back without having to sign on the dotted line.

So, the first step is your free consultation then it’s up to you whether you buy a personal training session, or a bundle. Then simply book your time and train.

Excellent trainers who work to your individual needs whatever your goals. Using the combination of the superb on site physios, and tailored core work in the gym with Dan, I've overcome previous back problems. Now, thanks to the individual care, he now focuses on increasing my overall general fitness and strength levels, whilst constantly being mindful of prior issues. Nutritional advice too has meant that I'm in better shape, and have better fitness levels, than 10 years ago! Sessions are always fun too, so that any stress is definitely busted by the end. Thoroughly recommend.

Having suffered a massive calf injury, my physician directed me to Oxford Circus Physio for rehab, where they did an excellent job. My therapist Alice suggested a few sessions with Dan Boulle at Performance Pro to speed the recovery and strengthening process to get back towards full functionality. The experience with Dan and his highly professional team has been transformational - so much so that I'm now a regular. I'm back to 100% and more, and thoroughly enjoy my sessions at Performance Pro. I'm well past the point of rehab, having set new goals for strength, speed, fitness, and endurance, and Dan's guidance has been invaluable. Highly recommended!

After six months of weekly training with Performance Pro I have lost 8 kilos (8% of my original weight) and can now wear clothes I haven't worn for 10 years. Performance Pro gave me sensible advice on diet and exercises to undertake at home. Dan and his team although demanding are delightful and great fun. I highly recommend them.

Performance Pro have a way of making workouts fun. With top of the range equipment and a team that always have a smile on their face, I actually look forward to training sessions! The team of specialised personal trainers backed with heaps of knowledge and education will tailor a workout plan and nutrition advice to best fit your personal goals. Results are inevitable with the Performance Pro team!

I have been training with Louisa Schiattarella for almost five years. Over that period we have worked out in numerous personal training gyms, but the facilities and more importantly the atmosphere at Performance Pro are the best I have experienced. Although everyone trains alone and with their own objectives, it is rare to experience an environment where the collective endeavour also supports the individual.
