Checked the website and rang up to ask with no answer if you could go for a trial day. Walked to the gym and they aren't doing them. You aren't allowed in unless you sign up...how are you supposed to know if you want to sign up unless you go in.

Staff are friendly and welcoming . The building is clean and well used. I attend private sessions run by fuse fitness at this gym . They are great sessions -spin, body pump , hitt . fantastic instructor.

Staff are fantastic, equipment could be upgraded or changed and some new items added / old ones taken away. Some members are ignorant and rude for no reason and can be threatening at times.

LOVE coming to the gym especially since the new fitness manager, Gilmar, started a year ago. He’s so happy, smiley and encouraging and his classes are the best!! SHRED, HIIT and Bootcamp are amazing and doing these classes have made me 100 times more toned than I was before.
