Crossfit Perpetua is easily London's best Crossfit facility. Mix that in with a passionate owner and a great team and some motivated members and you have a winning box! I have been a member for a new now and I can say it is definitely the best fitness decision I have ever made.
Great coaches, a plethora of nice equipment, and programming done by a thoughtful, well informed athlete. The coaching team at Perpetua are by far the best I have come across in over twenty years of training and working in the fitness industry. They create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for people of all abilities. Whether you are a newcomer to CrossFit or want to progress to elite level this is the place for you!
Excellent!! I've been to four different Crossfit's since I began to travel Europe and haven't been disappointed by one of them yet. This Crossfit separates the rest by the motivation you receive, it's incredible! Although I do wish the prices were a little cheaper and there was a week membership option available.

Cross Fit Sth Ldn is, quite simply, the best thing I have ever done fitness wise. Great coaching in a brand spanking new, state of the art Crossfit facility. Michael and Philly tackle fitness in a challenging and fun way that works no matter how exercise phobic you think you are. If you're looking to change your body and potentially lifestyle then these are the guys to see. Every time I go there I arrive nervous and leave happy. Sincerely.
By far, the best box in London, incredibly well-run and organised - phenomenal coaching staff, brilliant atmosphere and fantastic facilities. If you are living in London or just visiting, this is the place to do CrossFit, plain and simple.
A breath of fresh air on the London Crossfit scene. No more rusty bars, only brand new equipment. Coaches who advise on your every movement you make in every exercise and push you until you hit the floor. And a strong community of like minded Crossfitters who welcome you in no matter what level you're at.
Two stars because there are two good coaches here. Unless you’re on the comp team or one of the few members loved by management or the handful of cliquey coaches, you will be treated like a second-class citizen... including being overcharged after you’ve cancelled your membership!
Nice bunch of guys. We Flag Bikes have done some repairs on their stationary bikes and Michael is a real gent. Support your local fitness studio! :-
