Was nice, I popped in set a few personal bests and I was on my way. Didint think cross thing was going to be my kind of thing however I really loved working up a sweat down in Vauxhall. Respect to all the staff members. Until the next time Adios

Since the the new owners have taken over CrossFit vauxhall has a great sense of community and the coaches are really approachable. I love the workouts and the banter

Great Box, friendly and really approachable trainers and met the owner too who was genuine and very kind. Thanks again for letting me come down and get a workout in! I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get into Crossfit and hopefully I’ll get to pop down again later this year!

Good box with super friendly team. All very well qualified, strong on Olympic lifting. If you can pop down and talk to them to get a real feel what what they are all about. Over all what you would expect from CrossFit, supportive and friendly even the super strong and big ones :- 

Dropped in, great box with great coaches. The equipment is well-maintained and the WODs are cleverly programmed. Made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place!
