I started going to the gym a week ago and I have felt very welcomed and encouraged by all the trainers I have interacted with! The gym is clean and spacious, the music isn't too loud. The trainers are always up for a chat or to answer any question you may have and keep you motivated. I have attended three different classes so far and they have all been great, as a beginner I really felt included and supported which is great. A special thank you to Madleina, Felipe, Remy and some other trainers I wish I would remember their names. Only one thing, some showers don't lock and I wish there were more hairdryers in the changing room but apart from that, so far I have had a very good experience at the gym, I genuinely recommend!
I just joined this gym and am so impressed with the customer service! Felipe went above and beyond to help me get a membership. In addition, the facilities are clean and in good working order, with lots of space and equipment. I look forward to working out here regularly!
Been coming to The Gym in Vauxhall for a while now and it’s always a great experience. The staff are always present and happy to help, which makes it a really welcoming atmosphere. Felipe, the manager, is especially friendly and always has good vibes. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a good workout. Highly recommend
Overall, the gym has some issues that hide all the good things in the end. On the bright side, there's plenty of equipment in decent shape though a hip thrust machine would be nice. Most of the personal trainers are friendly, and the cleaning staff is always around. On the downside, weights are left everywhere except where they belong, and the staff doesn't seem to care. I've even seen some staff leaving weights out themselves too, which is unacceptable! Maybe they should start banning people who don't re-rack their weights so everyone can enjoy their workout. There's also a mold problem. If you look up at the ceiling, there's mold in many places, and the air conditioners are always leaking.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which creates such a positive atmosphere. The facility is well-maintained, making it a pleasure to work out here. They have a great variety of equipment , so I never get bored with my workouts. It can get a little crowded midday but overall I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good fitness experience!
Amaizing classes. The trainers are very professional and friendly. The gym is always with people but not really crowded so perfect to do the work out at any time/day. Good facilities and clean
Started to come here for 3 months now. Staff are really friendly especially Stefan Chakarov he’s the best! Always joining his gym classes because not only are they educational but also helpful if you need any tips! Big shout out to Vaida too I love her gym sessions aswell. Overall 10/10
The gym is a good gym. The air con is set to warm!! It becomes increasingly uncomfortable to workout it does not make sense. Why have the air con set to warm when infact cooling air is more refreshing when working out! Please sort this out it's ridiculous every time it's warm before I even start to work out! The other issue is the free weight area and the benched area. For a gym which is quite big the bench and free weights area is small and because it is small it is VERY difficult to find a time to ve able to use it comfortably. Otherwise the gym is good and the staff are great. Just don't hold high hopes for the benches and free weights section AND be prepared to workout in uncomfortably warmer conditions than other gyms

Loved my experience here! It was my first time at the gym and all of the equipment was clean, fully functional and the fitness manager, Vaida was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely return!
