My new transit custom arrived today after ordering it less than 2 weeks ago! Thanks guys for such a quick turnaround.
Got a cheaper deal from these guys than quoted from my local Ford garage. I was initially looking at The Transit Custom Sport, which was coming at very pricey everywhere I looked. These guys talked me through the specs of the Trend and Limited options and managed to get me pretty much the same spec as the Sport at £80 a month less.
I was dealing with lynsey who was very polite at first but when informing her that I'd sourced a higher spec custom sport at a better price than she was offering the custom limited she then very rudely barked down the phone "well thanks for letting me know!" then hung up. I had quotes from a few dealers before deciding and all of the others that I didn't use handled it politely and would have no hesitation on considering them for future vans, First European will not be on that list.
Spoke to Lorraine on the phone, very polite and made the process of leasing a van extremely easy. Highly recommend.
Lynsey has been an absolute star, her parts of my experience have been brilliant. She's friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Sadly there have been a few other parts of my experience that have been a bit less that great, but I'm hopeful those issues are getting ironed out now and I'm very happy with the van!
Actual quote more expensive than online quote, very rude and condescending when I refused their offer off a van. Cheaper deals out there.
