I am a recent re-joiner to hot yoga after a nearly 5 year hiatus from exercising at all due to an autoimmune disease. The teachers and staff, in particular Michelle, have all been so kind and helpful with me. I haven’t had such talented experienced teachers anywhere. The room isn’t as hot as a Bikram room in most classes, and the variety of all the different classes means you get to work on every part of you. I like that they regularly remind you to have a bit of water, so I don’t feel you leave feeling drained. I started off with the two week pass, and chose classes based on their recommendations. I’m now doing unlimited as I can’t imagine a more supportive environment to continue my recovery to good health. The facility is nice, you constantly see them cleaning and keeping things sanitary. Great place to practice yoga!
I had my first Hot Yoga experience and it was incredible! The studio was very welcoming and clean, the teacher was particularly helpful, especially because I was new. I enjoyed the little details, such as the coconut cream in the changing room and the tea cups available after class. The environment was non-judgmental and made me feel at ease. I felt so relaxed after the class and I am definitely going back next week!
The Deep Core Yoga class at Fierce Grace is absolutely amazing! The instructor's calm and supportive approach creates such a welcoming space for everyone, no matter their level of yoga experience. The class is beautifully structured, gradually building intensity in a way that really allows you to connect with your core muscles. It felt both challenging and deeply rejuvenating. The instructor’s clear guidance and thoughtful adjustments helped me maintain proper form, making each movement more effective and rewarding. What truly made this class special was the focus on the mind-body connection. Every pose was paired with mindful breathing, which kept me grounded and fully present throughout the practice. I left feeling not only physically stronger but also more centered and mentally refreshed. The Deep Core Yoga class exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness - a wonderful choice for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or simply find a peaceful moment in their day. I can’t recommend it enough for those seeking a holistic and fulfilling yoga experience.
Have attended Fierce Grace Hot Yoga for the past three months with a two week break in-between. Feel a different person, body is fixing itself from some trauma, overall, feel amazing. Instructors all a little different with one common thread, competence to the point of outstanding. Studio Nice and Hot and when it needs to be soothingly cooler, it is... Some people can be Evangelical about Hot Yoga - not necessarily in that category - I just believe from many years of experience on an emotional, physical, scientific level it is the best form of holistic exercise out there. Most of my life has been spent in Toronto, Canada and there are two Hot Yoga studios in the city I always considered as the best, until I encountered Fierce Grace Hot Yoga, Primrose Hill, London which I would elevate to the top. It is, I suppose, the mix of everything, including , most especially, the people enveloped into a location, like a scene out of a movie. Thank you to you ALL. pj
Long due tribute to this amazing studio! Love coming here at any time of the day - amazing teaching, variety of classes, beautiful building and nice walk after in the area. Recent updates with cosmetic products are just top! Also has been to a few classes by the founder of the whole Fierce Grace - very special.
I love this yoga studio - the best in London. All the teachers are amazing and Chimezie’s workshops are a gift! If you have the chance to go to one, take it.
Regarding your email about IN. It’s a class I really enjoy but would like to see it offered every day as all the other classes are standing series. I also enjoy foundation class on Saturday morning but given that it is on first thing in the morning it would be better if the heating could be on in good enough time to warm up the room and also for it to be hotter generally as it isn’t hot enough which puts me off the class abit
Does not respect mailing list subscription cancellations. I've cancelled my membership and unsubscribed from their mailing list ages ago. However I've recently started receiving emails about retreats and offers again. The latest email campaign is especially obnoxious. Poor proofreading - e.g. "GET YOU DISCOUNT TODAY" in the subject line, obscenely large image file that doesn't display correctly on the Gmail web app, and all text in ALL CAPS. I've unsubscribed yet again, and I hope to get a few years' reprieve before the spam starts again.
Great well equiped studio, clean and spacious. Friendly and knowledgable instructors, had a great session.
Great class as always with a fantastic experienced teacher Kam who actively engages with everyone and provides really useful recommendations in improving our practice . Really like the fact the class is at 1.15pm as it is so convenient for me .
