Love the Shala and the teachers, Lauren and Tom are amazing! It's the only place to learn ashtanga in my opinion. Highly recommended!
The price is very expensive and considering how much you have to pay you would expect better conditions and treatment.The place has significant amount of mold all over the walls. The staff are EXTREMELY hostile. Particularly the women. They are very unapproachable and it’s an uncomfortable place to practice in.
The best place in London to practice Ashtanga yoga. Very simple, very genuine, with very experienced and dedicated teachers and Hemish in the lead.
