I recently bought a 69 plate fiesta St-line from Becky Thomas at hills ford Kidderminster Ive worked in the motor trade for a number of years now and I think she is one of the best sales executives I’ve ever met. the whole experience was brilliant and she made me feel completely comfortable and at home, when I picked up the car it was beautifully prepared and ready to go, I also ordered some parts for my fathers Ford Ranger which Becky picked up and had ready for me when I collected my new car which I’m very thankful for as she didn’t have to do this but went above and beyond for me Chris in the finance department was excellent too he explained everything beautifully and made it all very easy to understand After some bad experiences at other Ford dealers, the experience and cars that hills Ford offer is absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend Becky Thomas to anyone looking to buy a Ford

We would like to say thank you to Scott Upton for is friendly manner, knowledge and expertise in guiding us in the right direction. We have purchased our personnel cars from Hills Ford in Kidderminster several times before and would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
Becky from Sales was great with us when me and my partner wanted a used but new to us car, I had to be able to get this car the same day I was dropping my old one off 4 days and this was no problem for hills, there were a few scratches on the door of the car that we noticed the day before picking up and by the time I got there at lunch time the next day they had gone completely, On pick up day Becky arranged for someone to pick me up to be able to get my new car and fully went through the car with me before I drove off. Very pleasant and not pushy at all there was no pressure on us to purchase the vehicle nor for extra products, Becky made sure I had products to suit my needs and concerns and these were listened to and explained fully to us.. emails were promptly responded to even on her day off bless her. All in all fantastic experience from start to finish and I’m glad I went there. I obviously haven’t needed to use the extra service as yet but not a doubt in my mind when I do it will be dealt with efficiently.Thanks Becky and team we love our new car ease and squeeze xx

On visiting the showroom with my daughter, I didnt think I would leave, having bought a car!. I can reassuringly say, it was NOT through " pushy" salesman that I purchased my car, but their professional and understanding knowledge and listening, to the particular specifications that I was looking for. Thanks to Kris Mooney and Ben Orr, in particular who supported me through my purchase. Both were very courteous and friendly and made my visit/ experience a very positive one.
We recently bought a car from Hills Ford in Kidderminster and had an exceptionally good customer service from Kris in sales and Chris in the finance department. In our previous experiences of buying cars we have felt forced into buying the vehicle by the sales person. However, Kris was not like this in any way and gave us a smooth, easy and quick service. It was a pleasure to buy from Hills Ford.
A seamless experience of purchasing a car. Everything that was agreed was followed through with no quibble. Although the car price higher than expected the Fiesta purchased was a low mileage and probably therefore good value in the long run. Would recommend using Hills.
