The team at Worcester were extremely helpful and had a great selection of vehicles. From what I've seen they appear to be importing the best of the best and then on top of that they going the extra mile to make sure they are as good as they can possibly be before handing them over. We bought a 2004 Elgrand which we've had for a few days and everyone that has seen it can't believe its a 2004 as its in such excellent condition. Its exceeded our expectations. The staff know their stuff and were great both during the purchasing process and on collection of our vehicle, letting us know the ins and outs and showing how to operate all the functions. One of the things we really appreciated was the honesty, letting us know the good and bad points before making our purchase so we could make an informed decision on which vehicle to select. Despite being quite far from us we will definitely be returning if we ever upgrade.
Absolutely brilliant place to purchase a elgrand .reassured me from start and still there for me if i have any questions. It was well worth the drive to buy one from these as im from Leicester and so happy with my nanny wagon elgrand .thanks guys
Del, Dave and Paul plus son have been a breath of fresh air! Knowledgeable, patient, no pressure and a sense of humour! From interest to visit to purchase and handover, cannot rate these chaps enough. If you need a vehicle, with after care and support, a non intrusive helping hand and expertise in their field, these are your guys! I actually look forward to returning next year for my MOT and service
Wouldn’t buy an Elgrand from anywhere else. Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I knew absolutely nothing about Elgrand’s and they were very patient taking time to explain everything including the import process. Everything that I had read on multiple forums they already had covered. I believe I have bought a first rate motor. Highly recommend!
We recently purchased an imported polo 11 reg automatic from here. The service was excellent, they allowed us to try the car several times to check it was the right thing for us without it being an issue. Highly recommend
We have just purchased a used Elgrand E52, and are due to pick this up on Saturday, so this review is based on everything up to and including purchase. I can honestly say from start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with this business, no pressure, time and advice given, Just Exceptional Service so far with polite and professional pleasent people. If the rest of our journey is as good as this part, and i have no reason to believe it wont be, then it will be the best car purchase experience I have been involved in. UPDATE: 04/02/2023 Today we collected our new vehicle ... Again the service was exceptional, Paul walked through all the paperwork and answered all our questions, even helped us purchase the car tax. Then spent however much time we needed to get used to the car ... Simply Perfect. So much so we cant wait to go back for our service and MOT. It is very rare you find this type of non pressure, helpfull service. Cant recommend highly enough. Thankyou for making this such an easy thing to do.
Brilliant dealership specialising in used Japanese imports. Nissan, Toyota etc. Mostly 6, 7, 8 seater luxury people carriers/vans like the Nissan Elgrand. Family business, great guys, great customer service. Real experts on these cool Japanese multi purpose luxury people carriers. Highly Recommended!

They sell great quality cars staff are great and friendly if u want a car that's the place to go for your next used car I've been dealing with this garage for 20 years they are simply the best
Paul and Dave brothers have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very get go. They do have the best Elgrands and stock available. My car is 12 years old and looked like new when I got it and with only 40k miles on the clock. The trade in was fair and the handover very smooth. Unfortunately on my 1st road trip the alternator went down in Spain! but a few calls and whatsapps with the brothers meant that within 1 working day we had a part being shipped over to the mechanic in Spain and our car should be fixed shortly. This is way and beyond the levels of service I'd expect but nothing was too much trouble. With my own brother I own a construction firm and we operate our business very much like Paul and Dave, honesty, trustworthy and diligently. Great experience and if you are in the market for an import, look no further. I travelled from London to deal with them and I'll be back. I love the Elgrand!
