FAC 251: The Factory

Great venue, I had a great night out on my own last night and I'll definitely be coming back. Music is great especially upstairs! Only problem are some of the bar staff - you guys need a staff turnover because some of them especially this one bloke are just rude and miserable. Bouncers were very friendly though

I just want to start by saying I’ve lived in Manchester and been to factory on numerous occasions but I feel like I need to address a few problems with your venue and the staff itself. Firstly your venue is a safety hazard- if you pull cctv from your club you will see multiple people falling over and badly injuring themselves to the point of hospitalisation due to the stairs being coated in whatever you use to clean them etc and being badly managed when wet and crowded this has happened to me for the second time tonight and i am Currently sat in A&E as a result of it. I do not drink in clubs so it’s not due to being intoxicated and reckless but Secondly your staff and management are absolutely shocking . Had an issue tonight with an allegation put on my name and the “promoter” of quids in night accusing me of “throwing my drink” bearing in mind I do not drink so it’s completely false. It’s absolutely disgusting and the worst club I’ve ever been too. Given you numerous chances, even been offered jobs at your venue and to be treated the way I have been is just not ok. Do better and learn from this. Will not be coming back.

Great venue, bouncers were great. DJ on bottom floor was smashing played insomnia for me at the end of the night topped off the end my TRIP love the owners response to the reviews on here btw x

Brilliant venue but horrendous rude and miserable bar staff, they definitely need a day at charm school, hospitality school or firing!!! Awful experience because of them.

Bar staff was rude and demeaning, guy in glasses on an absolute power trip asking me to say please in a demeaning manner and then scoffing at me after my orders ? we're in a club Im just trying to get drinks grow up and learn to do your job.

Great club for students in Manchester! The music is great and the drinks are cheap. Me and my friends come here all the time and we always have a great night.

Bouncers are creepy and unprofessional. I lost my girlfriend, who was crying asking the bouncers for help. Rather than helping her find me, the bouncers ask her what she’s doing later on in the night. When she told them she didn’t wasn’t interested in them in that way, and that she just wanted to find me, they lost interest in helping her and left her to fend for her self. Sort them out weirdos man

I love it here, they’re one of the only clubs that have dedicated first aiders who actually look after people and the music is banging especially on second floor! Xx

Had a blast here with some work friends, affordable drinks, friendly staff and three floors of a great variety of music. Would deffo recommend!

An absolutely racist and awful experience. Tonight my friend got turned away for speaking in a russian accent. Never stepping foot in this nightclub again.
