Privilege cars were great on our wedding day. We had 3 Merc E-class and the drivers were all really nice, perfectly on time and they even waited while there was a slight delay with the venue. Would 100% use again and value for money was good.
In conjunction with our Emirates flights abroad we used the executive vehicle/driver service - collection to and from our home address to Manchester Airport in January and February 2023. The whole experience provided quality with professional friendly staff and new vehicles. I would use such again for lengthy periods away from home and when travelling lengthy distances to and from U.K. airports. In addition their communication delivery via Gary in the Leeds based office was personal, professional and a delight to do business with. Regards C Sheppard
Used Privilege Cars recently as a surprise for my partner’s 60th birthday. Picked up from Leeds and taken to London Heathrow airport. Collected on time, the drive down was smooth and the Driver Jan was very good. Got us there in very good time. Also used them for the return journey back to Leeds a week later, and although our flight was 2 hours late arriving our driver on this occasion Stuart waited patiently for us to arrive. Very friendly staff and extremely easy to arrange. 10/10
I just wanted to let you know that the service yesterday was absolutely spot-on! Jean arrived on-time in fact a little early, and clearly made our three elderly relatives feel immediately comfortable. They felt like royalty, and when I met them at Church prior to my father-in-law’s funeral they could not stop talking about Jean and the luxurious nature of the car and their journey. When I met Jean after my father-in-law’s funeral, I found him polite and helpful. Jean looked after our family members throughout the time they were with him, and as I waved them off on their homeward journey they were like giggly schoolgirls. Jean and your service generally really made a difference on what was by its nature an event tinged with sadness. Thank you for your contribution to the day.
Brilliant service to Manchester airport and return. Both drivers were excellent, polite , prompt and friendly. We can not praise Privilege cars enough from the booking service all the way to being taken to our destination.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Privilege in respect to the transfers put in place for our CEOs and customers last week. I particularly appreciated the emails and notifications of each stage of the pickups and drop offs. I will certainly use your company in the future should there be a need for Executive transfers.
I'm so happy I found this company. I was looking for transfers from Leeds Bradford Airport for family members traveling to Scunthorpe. Privilege Executive were fantastic from booking through to collection and drop off. I would highly recommend their services.
Used Privilege chauffeur driven executive cars to take our daughter to her wedding in Leeds. Beth in the office made the booking process so easy. Our driver Durrant arrived bang on time. Because it was raining he greeted our daughter at her front door and he was holding a umbrella for her and escorted her to the car, which was immaculate. Durrant chatted to my daughter and ourselves, mom and dad, all the way to Leeds Civic Hall. Because it was still raining he escorted our daughter, under a umbrella, from the car up to the entrance to the Civic Hall and afterwards he took our daughter and now son in law to the reception. Five star service provided by all concerned.
Thank you once again for a stress free journey, both ways, to and from Manachester airport. Especially yesterday after a 30 hour journey it was good to see our driver waiting for us. As always professional, courteous and was happy for us just to nod off. Brilliant door to door service that we would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.
