I got the nicest driver someone could get. I forgot his name unfortunately but I never met someone more respectful than him. Thank you guys for having people like that. Much appreciation
Absolutely shocking, have used multiple times and the majority have been late but also couldn't even find us, despite having pre booked days before. The app rings you to state the car has arrived when it is no where near, or as our last ride, they are totally lost. So have been very late for several hospital appointments as a result, as if it's not stressful enough needing regular visits. Also, most drivers cannot be understood, drove erratically or had random issues Eg had the seats in recline! Cannot rely on in any way so going back to Uber. Also the prices seem to have risen so there's not much of a difference there. I bothered to lodge a complaint, a detailed Feedback on their provided form, only to be blamed for their driver getting themselves lost even though that driver admitted to us he'd gone to the wrong school!.
My driver was super punctual He was polite, warm and friendly Felt comfortable and safe the whole journey
I needed to get my daughter to the train station on time. We did that and the driver was very patient and helpful over a small fare. I regret not having spare cash for a tip. Many thanks!
Arrived on time. Very pleasant and articulate driver and we engaged in an interesting conversation en route to our destination. Cost was very reasonable too! Would recommend.
The taxi driver took me the long way to my destination and the fair ended up costing me £5 extra and I didn't even get to my destination either had to walk 5 minutes to get there! Very dissatisfied and will never use this company again!
Just used amber cars now veezu easy transaction there quickly fare worked and paid in moments no worries about having cash or whatever and refunded few pence change equally as quick great service thanks
Veezu provides the very best taxi around here. Drivers are polite, friendly and there's always a car only a few minutes away. I always used Amber, and I will always use Veezu.
The driver was on time, drove carefully and was most pleasant to talk to. I felt quite at ease and safe.
Had a good journey. The driver was kind and courteous. I would be very happy to use him again Well worth the 5stars
