I am seriously dissaponted with this taxi service. Im sorry to say but I wont be using blueline again. So unreliable I booked a taxi for 10 to 4 i was still waiting outside my house at 5 to, THEN i see MY taxi drive right past me?! So i call and u tell me he will come back? He came back and once again drove past me!!! Three times this happened!!! I rang again and all the phome man has to say is sorry hes a new driver?! Iv been waiting 20 mins! I am late for work and it could have cost me my job!!! I didnt even get offered free service!!! I could have lost MY job cos YOU made me late! Really upset about this. And another time my driver took me the wrong way to my destination after missing a turn off. Price is great thats why i used you but your service is just so so dissapointing. Also, a woman in my work ordered a taxi with blueline today and she waited 10 mins for her taxi. She rang them to see where her taxi was and apparently one wasnt even set for her!
