Used this taxi service on Tuesday due to needing wheelchair access cab. Phoned the day before to make enquiries regarding booking. Very helpful operator sorted out all my queries and the booking. The taxi driver was fantastic. Amazing service and highly recommend.
I was charged bank holiday rate for a normal working day. What should have cost me £15-18 actually cost me £42.90! I will never use again
The driver is rude and ignored us very well. When we told him where to go, he did not get a response to us like ' ok, I know it' or whatever but keep silence.
